- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers who speak different languages.

- Must maintain strict patient confidentiality and interpret confidential information following PHI and HIPAA protocols.
- Have knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (CPT CODES).
- Ability to accurately and accurately interpret critical medical information from English into the patient’s native language.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and customer service orientation.
- Time availability: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. 1 hour lunch from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. 40 minutes of break a day.
