The technology provider company for the tourism sector Amadeus announced this Monday that it plans to increase its income between 9% and 12.5% ​​in the period 2023-2026, thanks to the good evolution of all its business areaswhich will also give stability to its Ebitda or gross operating profit, as reported to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

In addition, the brand has informed its investors and analysts in the Investor Day presentation which he carried out today in Spain, and which will be repeated tomorrow, Tuesday, in London. On this second occasion, the CEO of Amadeus, Luis Maroto, accompanied by members of the management team and senior executives, will offer a strategic vision of all the businesses.

Amadeus has also announced that it expects keep the “pay out” between 40 and 50% or percentage of the profit before taxes destined to remunerate the shareholder. This means, as detailed by the company, that in the first half of this year Amadeus will distribute €559 million in the form of an ordinary dividend, and another €330 million in extraordinary remuneration.

Amadeus average increase

Regarding the forecasts by business areas, in Air Distribution, the average expected increase in the technology group’s income would be between 6 and 9%, as a result of “sustained growth in turnover thanks to the commercial expansion of content” and the volumes of NDC (new retail capabilities), the implementation of which the large GDSs are working on.

Regarding the Airline Solutions division, Amadeus estimates that turnover will increase between 10 and 14%, while Hospitality and Other Solutions will increase between 15 and 18%, all of these increases expressed in CARG (rate of compound annual growth). Likewise, Amadeus foresees continue generating cash flowaccumulating between €3,900 and €4,200 million by 2026.
