This weekend the second edition of Billboard Latina Women in Music an event that celebrates the invaluable contribution of Latina women to the music industry. And one of the most talked about looks has been that of Myrka Dellanos. Not only because she looked fabulous, but because another familiar face sported an almost identical design a few months ago.
