William Mebarak, Shakira’s father, has shown improvement in his health. After having entered the Iberoamerica Clinic in Barranquilla last Wednesday, June 5, due to pneumonia and since then he has been in the Intensive Care Unit where he has been permanently monitored by a specialized medical team at his disposal.
His daughter arrived on Thursday in the capital of Atlántico and since that moment she has not stopped keeping an eye on her father. However, the magazine ‘Rojo Vivo’, from the international network Telemundo, exclusively captured and shared a video in which Shakira arrived at the hospital where her 92-year-old father would be hospitalized.
The Colombian singer’s fans have been respectful of the delicate situation and have not approached the outskirts of the healthcare center, as they did the times Shakira visited the city. It is expected that very soon, Shakira will share a statement informing her father’s health status.
