In March of this year, Jared Leto revolutionized his Argentine fans by choosing the Kostume brand to give his Show in the festival Lollapalooza in Buenos Aires. Now, the American singer once again demonstrated his predilection for local fashion by opting for an Argentine designer for his concert in Amsterdam.

The leader of 30 Seconds to Mars, as part of the tour Seasons Tourappeared in the Dutch capital and surprised on stage with a white set of pants and top with a dramatic and exaggerated silhouette with aesthetics futuristic of the signature Junglecreated by the Argentine interdisciplinary artist Christian Huygens.

Some months ago, Lady Gaga had chosen a very similar design from the same firm for the Los Angeles presentation of his concert film Chromatic Ball. On her Instagram profile, the singer wrote “On the red carpet I said it was a car part. They asked me what type and I said I don’t know, I’m not a mechanic,” in reference to the particular molding.

Based in Berlin, the Argentine designer began to venture into fashion through creation of costumes for performances and exhibitions in public spaces in the German city. Influenced by his studies in Architecture and Industrial Design, today he became a reference in the international fashion industry.

Jared Leto dressed by an Argentine brand at Lollapalooza

During his last visit to Buenos Aires, the artist not only wore local designs but also went through the store of Kostüme, the signature of designers Camila Milessi and Emiliano Blanco, located in the Palermo neighborhood. The meeting with the artist was documented in a photo that quickly spread online.

Finally, the time came for the band’s presentation on the third day of the festival and the performer surprised with the chosen costume: a red dress from the brand’s new collection made of pleated organza which stands out for the high collar and several layers draped in the front.

Then, the artist changed the red design for a similar but black, it has a fluid silhouette with volume and appliqués. In both cases, she combined the garments with black long-sleeved T-shirts and, at times, matching gloves. In addition to her choice of local costumes, she went on stage with other Argentine artists such as Airbag and Paulo Londra and conquered her fans.
