The Ministry of Health published for comments a draft decree that updates the rates for medical procedures. The document established the replacement of the current tariff manual for the health sector, however due to serious errors it was downloaded from the Ministry’s official website.
In its first articles, it explained that the new tariff manual incorporates the value of health procedures associated with fees of health professionals, supplies, use of equipment and others necessary for clinical practice.

Everything provided in the document applies to Adres, insurers authorized to issue the SOAT, public and private health service providers and patient transfer companies.

Defacement and serious errors in the document
Several fragments of the document, which has already been deleted, ended up in social media publications and that is where the analysis of public opinion makes an alarming call.

Criticism and rejection
