Santiago has been chosen as the host capital of the first Latin American Meeting on Animal Welfare (ELBA 2024). This event, which will be held on July 24 and 25 at the W Hotelwill bring together more than 400 specialists in animal welfare and will have more than 30 international talks. Topics to be discussed include advances in production livestock, aquaculture, poultry and pigsjust like him pet welfare.

New certifications and strategies
The Chilean Animal Welfare Association (ACBA) and the Ecuadorian Animal Welfare Association (AEBA) organize this event, which will also launch a new international certification in animal welfare for veterinary clinics of smaller animals.
