Wine show in Madrid. Until July 18

Daniela Horovitz and Federico Oldenburg present Cabaret Sauvignon in Burlesque Collage (Manuel Silvela, 6) in Madrid. This show stands out for its groundbreaking concept, in which wine tasting coexists with songs about drinking, always with a touch of humor.

This show combines songs that refer to winecollected from the wide repertoire of popular culture (tango, Spanish song, French, Mexican, Argentine authors…) with stories about the history of wine, about the origin of grape varieties and notions about tasting, always with humor and in an entertaining way, encouraging the public to get started in the enjoyment and culture of wine. The performances will take place on June 27, as well as July 4, 11 and 18.

DYC experience in Palazuelos de Eresma (Segovia)

This appointment includes a sensory tour, a visit to the first original winery, with a sensory tour lasting approximately 2 hours; an exclusive tasting with pairing; a visit to the Sierra de Guadarrama to discover the surroundings with a sunset surrounded by nature and a dinner under the stars to close the night. Tasting menu 24 years of Kabuki Madrid

Taking advantage of that date, he has just presented a tasting menu which covers the best of Kabuki cuisine and includes nine proposals among which the Otsukuri Pan Tumaca stands out, with thin slices of tuna belly with bread and tomato; the maguro bowl with piparras; a selection of six pieces of varied sushi, tuna tataki with white garlic and figs, as well as wagyu beef with teriyaki sauce and the exquisite mochi. This menu will be available during the summer both in your large terrace in a garden area as in the interior living room.

Summer camp at Brutalista. From July 2 to 18

Learn about wines while tasting fried quail, mussels with palo cortado and ginger, mouflon roll, eel with miso or ear and tongue salpicón is the proposal that they launch in Brutalist (Juan Álvarez de Mendizábal, 34) in Madrid. Saddle Mallorca tasting menu. June and July
