The cycle of Responsibly Fun workshops started in Paraná – General Council of Education

Responsibly Fun began this Tuesday at Colegio N°1 Domingo Faustino Sarmiento in the city of Paraná. This series of workshops aims to address the relationship of adolescent high school students with Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).

The staff of the General Council of Education, together with the Department of Responsible Gaming of the Institute of Financial Assistance for Social Action (Iafas), began this Tuesday the proposal that is based on interaction and learning through games and conversations . The workshops are structured as a cycle of five meetings, each addressing a specific topic. Topics covered include grooming and cyberbullying.

“The main objective is to promote, through fun activities, the responsible and healthy use of information and communication technologies,” explained the deputy director of Secondary Education at the CGE, Analía Perotti.

“We are very happy to start in this school today, with the participation of two courses. Both the institution and the students have shown great willingness and openness, demonstrating enthusiasm for learning and playing with us,” said Jorgelina, member of the Iafas Responsible Gaming Department.

The work plan includes holding face-to-face workshops in each participating educational institution, with a duration of 80 minutes per session.

With this collaboration between the CGE and Iafas, the commitment to educational quality at the secondary level and the comprehensive development of students in the province of Entre Ríos is reinforced.
