Now, this contract has several inconsistencies, among them that There is only a Certificate of Budget Availability for about 58 billion pesosleaving 197 billion pesos in future periods to execute the contract, this with the authorization of the Sincelejo Council and with the resources of the senior adult program.

Additionally, the following are some of the presented costs in his economic proposal.
1. The 1000 Liter galvanized sheet vertical freezer. Quantity: 29, where in the economic proposal each one has a value of 14.3 million pesos; However, it is on the market for 11 million pesos, with a approximate cost overrun per unit of 3.3 million pesos, for a total extra cost of 95.7 million pesos.
2. Industrial stove with 4 double positions. Quantity: 35, within the economic proposal each of them has a value of 3.6 million pesos; However, within Full House (a leading company in refrigeration issues) these have a cost of 2 million pesos. Generating a total extra cost in this item of 56 million pesos.
3. Vertical refrigerator 600-700 liters, no Frost. Quantity: 31, in the offer they have a unit cost of 9.7 million pesos, while in the market they cost 7 million pesos. The total extra cost is 83.7 million pesos.
4. Even in 2.5 liter plastic jugs. Quantity: 245, which within the economic proposal register a value of 19,500 pesos, while these on the market have a cost of 15 thousand pesos, with total cost overruns of up to 980 thousand pesos.
