A decade after a huge hole persisted in front of Mundo Marino in El Rodadero, the Mayor’s Office of Santa Marta, under the leadership of Mayor Carlos Pinedo Cuello, finally took measures to resolve this problem.

The secretary highlighted the importance of this initiative, which will allow the establishment of a clear agenda and a defined route to close the infrastructure gap in the next four years.
