Strong investment in security: Río Negro Police have already recovered 95 vehicles

The Río Negro Police have managed to recover a total of 95 vehicles and the fact is part of the political decision of Governor Alberto Weretilneck to prioritize security to guarantee greater police presence in all towns in the province. The main objective is to strengthen security, the fight against crime and drug trafficking.

This measure was carried out in two waves: in the first, 56 vehicles were recovered, and in the second, 37 patrol cars were reconditioned with funds from a specific common fund for this purpose.

The investment to improve police service and efficiency reaches 130 million pesos. The recovery of these vehicles will not only contribute to the fight against crime, but will also improve the service that the police force provides to the community.
