La Rioja reports 200 new cases of Dengue
On Friday, the Dengue Emergency Operational Committee reported 200 new cases, making a total of 7,446; and that there was no death.
The active search yielded 44 suspected cases; In the Primary Health Care Centers, 275 people were treated, of which 24 required hospitalization; at the Vera Barros Hospital 72 and at the Mother and Child Hospital 20.
The occupancy of beds in the common room was 1% and in the Intensive Care Unit 0%.
The territorial promoters were in the Microcentro, Alunai, La Florida, Joya del Velasco, Bella Vista, San Vicente, San Román and Néstor Kirchner neighborhoods; while the health agents were in the Argentino, Virgen del Valle and 9 de Julio neighborhoods.
The operational crews carried out weeding, scrapping and environmental control in the Alunai, La Florida, Joya del Velasco and Bella Vista neighborhoods; weeding and maintenance on 1º de Marzo Avenue and Route 5. Aguas Riojanas staff continues in the 20 de Mayo neighborhood with the renewal of the drinking water and sewage network.
