Isabella Guzmán had traveled weeks ago to the neighboring province with her mother Débora to visit her siblings where she was infected with dengue hemorrhagic fever. To cover her expenses, her aunt Patricia decided to raffle off her son’s (Isabella’s cousin) PlayStation to help financially.
