HURRICANE 3-1 DEFENSE AND JUSTICE:

Huracán started the Professional League on the right foot: in Parque Patricios, it defeated Defensa y Justicia 3-1 with goals from Ignacio Pussetto (two, the first from a penalty) and Héctor Fértoli, while Gabriel Alanís was the author of the discount. At the Ducó stadium, Darío Herrera directed.

It was a controversial duel between Globo and Halcón on the first day of the championship: half an hour into the game, the locals claimed the second yellow card for Nicolás Palavecino in a foul that could be considered as such. After a while, Walter Mazzantti fell inside the area and the judge gave a penalty, although the replays left some doubts about Ramos Mingo’s contact in his closing. It mattered little to Pussetto, who changed the foul into a goal. In the last half of the first half, Herrera finally sent off Palavecino for a double yellow for a new infraction.

Already in the complement, Fértoli tried an infernal right hand that slipped over the humanity of goalkeeper Cristopher Fiermarin. With numerical superiority, Huracán slowed down and relaxed too much. Alanís, with a shoulder goal that included Galíndez’s poor start in the goal and was guaranteed by the VAR (since the main referee had annulled it for handball), reduced the advantage. But Globo finished it off: Mazzantti set it up, Francisco Ramírez assisted and Pussetto scored.

In this way, Kudelka’s team joined the group of provisional leaders and earned important points to dream of qualifying for the international cups. Vaccari’s men, who had just received a hard blow from Sudamericana (0-3 with Always Ready in La Paz), were deprived of access to the Libertadores qualifying zone in the Annual Table and will now change the chip to face their penultimate date in the group stage of the Cup against Independiente Medellín, a rival whom they will be forced to beat.

The forward of the Handsomewho entered the complement for Lucas Brochero, received in the center of the area after a great pass from Alan Cantero and defined with a left foot before the departure of Roberto Ramírez, who replaced the starter Franco Petroli, who had to serve a suspension date after having been sent off in the League Cup.

The team led by Daniel Oldrá comes from being the absolute leader of its area in the League Cup, but was left out in the quarterfinals in a vibrant match against Vélez. Barracas also left that stage of the competition, but after being beaten by Estudiantes de La Plata.

Alejandro Orfila’s team will start date 2 of the Professional League next Friday, May 17, against Sarmiento de Junín at home, from 8 p.m.. Mendoza’s team will have the provincial classic on Saturday from 3:30 p.m. on the Independiente Rivadavia field.
