Health authorities have intensified their efforts to ensure the health and safety of citizens by carrying out regular inspections at food establishments throughout the municipality. As a result of a citizen complaint, A bakery in the Los Molinos sector was the subject of one of these inspections, during which numerous violations of health and health protection standards were detected.
The decision to temporarily close the bakery was made after verifying serious problems with product storage, lack of health registration for some items and the presence of pests in the premises. The primary function of the Ministry of Health is to guarantee the protection of public health; these inspections are part of a broader plan to ensure that all food establishments in the municipality comply with health and hygiene standards.
