The lack of signal in the area makes it difficult to obtain information about the details of the road accident. According to La Angostura Digital, the Fiat Strada truck would have been crushed by the impact in the cabin, which would have led to the death of its occupants.

The weather factor would have had an influence at the time of the crash, given that the accumulation of snow on the road would have caused the vehicle to move on one of the lanes, without the vehicles being able to avoid or stop in time.

The Undersecretary of Civil Protection informed the population that traffic on Route 40 North from Route 237 to the Neuquén town of Villa La Angostura is interrupted. He indicated that they are working with emergency vehicles and requests patience from those who must travel on that road.
