From the 12th to the 14th of the current month, the ninth edition of the conclave will take place, in which eight representatives of Ciego de Ávila are expected to contribute to the debates and exchanges
As the final sessions of the IX Congress of the National Association of Economists and Accountants of Cuba (ANEC) approach, the organization’s structures in Ciego de Ávila maintain their actions and accentuate the prior preparation of their delegates for the conclave.
An essential aspect of the work focuses on the advice required for the implementation of the Agreement 9041 of 2021, with which the Council of Ministers indicated a set of measures to strengthen accounting in the country.
It has been up to professionals in the field to accompany the territorial management of the Ministry of Finance and Prices, the Cuban Workers’ Union and the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences of the University of Ciego de Ávila Máximo Gómez Báez, among other actors, in the commitment to contribute, through training and improvement actions, to the fulfillment of this purpose.
Lizardo Salazar Tibau, in charge of the improvement front in the Provincial Committee of the ANEC, told Invasor that the meeting with the members of the economic apparatus of different entities and with the grassroots sections of the organization has been the way to carry out workshops and seminars.
In that sense, he exemplified the contents of the aforementioned agreement debated in provincial entities such as the Meat Company, the Agricultural Projects Company, the Food Company and the Housing Projects Company.
Other topics of interest, such as the banking process and cost sheets, have also been addressed during the sessions, in which the doors have been open to all interested parties.
Scheduled from the 12th to the 14th of the current month, the IX Congress of the ANEC demands this week the update of the Avilanian delegates about the behavior of the economic and productive indicators, their strengths and weaknesses in the province.
Likewise, the great event that will take place in the year in which the ANEC celebrates 45 years of work, will require from the local embassy in-depth knowledge of the role of the association in terms of completing the templates and structures in the economic areas of the different global entities and organizations, and in strengthening alliances with different institutions and entities for capacity building.
Likewise, the Ciego de Ávila delegation is preparing to contribute to the debates about the more active role that the organization should assume in terms of the training and preparation of students in careers related to Economic Sciences, and its contribution to strengthening of accounting management and analysis of economic-financial information.
The ANEC is a non-governmental organization, with voluntary membership and self-financing, founded on June 14, 1979, the date on which each year Cuba commemorates the birth of Ernesto Guevara de la Sernathe Cuban-Argentine internationalist guerrilla, who promoted economic development and served as Minister of Industries in Cuba.
