With the purpose of guaranteeing quality and opportunity care for the more than 306,000 affiliates in the department of Magdalena, Coosalud will lead a portfolio sanitation day to which 32 institutions that are part of the service network in this territory are invited.
This event will be held in the capital of Magdalena, where beyond the payment of the portfolio, during the conference, contracts will be reviewed and updated, seeking to identify opportunities for improvement in payment conditions, also in order to optimize resources. and align the expectations of both parties; Likewise, the service authorization processes will be analyzed in order to streamline them and make them more efficient.
Likewise, reconciliation of glosses will be carried out, allowing payment agreements to be reached with the IPS that have outstanding balances, so that the flow of resources is facilitated and, consequently, the continuity of service to users is guaranteed.
Therefore, to date, these payment agreements have been signed with a total of 137 public and private service providing institutions in departments such as Santander, Córdoba, Boyacá, Atlántico, Bolívar, Valle del Cauca, Risaralda and Cundinamarca.
In this sense, eight institutions will participate during this event, including the ESE Hospital San Rafael de Fundación, the ESE Hospital of Salamina and the ESE Hospital Santander Herrera, of Pivijay, in turn the ESE Hospital Alejandro Próspero Reverend and the ESE Hospital Luisa Santiaga Márquez Iguarán, from Santa Marta and Aracataca, respectively.
