The first module took place this Tuesday.
The main objective of this program is to instill fundamental values, such as responsibility and respect, in young athletes. In addition, it seeks to provide them with a space where they feel listened to, contained and accompanied in their development. The club understands that its responsibility is not limited only to sports training, but that it is vital to invest in tools for the comprehensive growth of players, supported by professionals who guide them.
Each workshop in the program will be completely free and, although it is mainly aimed at training categories, it is considered important to include the pre-mini and mini categories in those modules that address relevant and frequent topics, such as managing frustration and bullying.
The club has been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to offer this type of workshop and is convinced that the proposal will be very useful for each of the players.
Likewise, it is expected that this program will also be a support for families, who have expressed concern about certain issues.
