Although news about the different types of scams that are carried out by cybercriminals to appropriate data and other people’s money are increasingly followed, in recent hours a viral video drew attention to the unusual exchange of audios between the victim and the hacker who took over your WhatsApp.

The images that recreate the entire conversation were released by the woman’s daughter on TikTok on the @micaalsilva account, which told how the events had developed, and the way in which her mother decided to negotiate with the scammer and even ask him for a job or a percentage of the money that she could manage to “steal” from her contacts.

In the viral video, the woman is heard saying: “No one is going to give you a penny, because unfortunately I screwed up everyone. Look for someone else because you’re going to waste your time. I’m honest, on top of that I’m doing the trick of letting you know. Look how good I am,” said the victim in the first audio.

Immediately after, he adds: “Ah, you know what, by the way I need a job, I’m broke.” And surprisingly she suggests: “If you can hook me up with yours that would be great. Let’s talk, what do you think?”

Given that, the scammer replied telling him that “I was going to take your offer into account.” By then, she continued talking to him, stating that she “loved” his good vibes, and even asked him for a second favor: “Won’t you give me back my contacts, I’m stuck all day, I’m bored and I have no one to talk to. ..?”

The hilarious dialogue continues with the woman’s apology because she was bothering him during “work hours” and reaffirming: “Don’t you want us to be partners? They take over my jobs, as they say… Home Office.”

Watch the video that @micaalsilva shared of the dialogue between the hacker and his mother:

The conversation continues with him explaining to “Mercedes” that what he could do for her, because he liked her “very well and I don’t really do it for anyone,” is to call her back within 8 to 10 hours. “We can solve something there,” he promised. hacker.

And the dialogue then becomes even more bizarre because the woman asks the scammer for a third “gauchada.” “If you manage to get money from someone, which I doubt because they are quite HDP, throw me (some mangoes) to buy the bottle, I really need it. If you look yesterday I asked my contacts for the WhatsApp status and no one threw me anything “. By then, the man answers: “If you had told me that before, we would have talked differently. Now, you’ve already told everyone that your phone was hacked.”

Cleverly, Mercedes retorts how she could have told him if she couldn’t access his WhatsApp. “They must have realized that it wasn’t me, because I can’t ask them for money. Oh, and I’ll give you some advice. Pay attention to how I write, because you wrote in a way that is not mine,” she clarified. And in the final phrase of the dialogue, the woman says goodbye saying: “You are divine, Kristian, thank you. I kept working and made a lot of money.”

The clip went viral, receiving 136 thousand likes, almost one and a half million views and 1,800 comments.

The woman’s daughter then told her followers about TikTok How the whole scam unfolded. Her mother was looking for a bottle to buy on Facebook. They called her and told her that they were preparing her purchase invoice. “There they made him press a link to confirm. And they made him pass the code that was going to arrive. That’s how they hacked his WhatsApp,” she said.

Finally, Mica told his followers that Mercedes as of this Thursday had not yet recovered his contacts. And she finished: “Better, so she doesn’t mess around for a while… All day she writes to us or calls us!”
