According to preliminary data from a report carried out by the National Road Safety Agency (Ansv) within the framework of Road Safety Day. In Argentina 12 people die every day in traffic accidents. Córdoba appears as the second province with the highest number of deaths, only behind Buenos Aires (1,351). The data was provided by the General Directorate of Information Technologies and Statistical Analysis of the Police.

They registered 398 deaths in 357 road accidents during the past year, which means more than one fatality per day. Being October the month with the highest mortality in 2023 in Córdoba. The report details the following figures: 26 in January; 21 in February; 32 in March; 31 in April; 36 in May; 34 in June; 30 in July; 26 in August; 30 in September; 41 in October; 30 in November and 20 in December.
