During the month of June, the second ordinary meetings of the audiovisual sector workers will be held, which will take place in each of the four Audiovisual Districts (South, North, Uruguay and Paraná), as established by Law VI 171. of Audiovisual Promotion of Misiones.
The meetings are organized by regional councilors, and are open to all people who make up the Provincial Audiovisual Registry (REPA), students, organizations and cultural managers linked to audiovisuals.
The common agenda of the four meetings will have as main topics the 2024 calendar of calls of the Comprehensive Development Plan, the socialization of the minutes of the first Federal Assembly of the INCAA this year; the progress on the new Regulations of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Audiovisual Arts of Misiones (IAAviM), among others.
The first meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, starting at 3 p.m. at the headquarters of the “Producer of the Earth” Cooperative in Puerto Esperanza (Brasil 69, almost on the corner of Av 20 de Junio). The members of the Northern Audiovisual District (Iguazú, General Manuel Belgrano, Eldorado and San Pedro Departments) are summoned there.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday, June 12, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the House of Culture and the Bicentennial of Aristóbulo del Valle (Mariano Moreno 985) those who are part of the Uruguay District (Departments Oberá, Leandro N. Alem, Guaraní) will meet , May 25, Cainguás and San Javier). The meeting is coordinated by your advisor Benjamín Correa and participation may be in person or virtual.
On Friday, June 14, from 4 to 8 p.m., members of the Southern District (Capital, Apóstoles, Concepción de la Sierra and the municipality of Candelaria) will meet in Posadas. The appointment will be at the IAAviM headquarters (Colón 1628 7th floor), with a mixed modality (in-person and virtual) and will be led by the district representative, Federico Thomas.
Closing the second meetings, the meeting of the Paraná Audiovisual District will be held in the city of Puerto Rico (Departments Libertador Gral. San Martín, Montecarlo and San Ignacio and the municipalities Cerro Corá, Loreto, Mártires, Profundidad and Santa Ana of the Candelaria Department), by counselor Matías Ríos, on Wednesday, June 19, from 5 to 8 p.m., at Paseo Mi Solar (San Martín 2161 – Of. Directorate of Culture). The modality will only be in person.
The space of the district meetings are the basis of the collective participation of the sector, allowing the audiovisual workers of the province to meet periodically to analyze the current activity in their region and bring forward proposals that enrich the lines of action of the IAAviM .
