The Judicial Branch of Río Negro will enable the external public competition of titles, background and opposition to fill a position of circumscription delegate in Bariloche, dependent on the General Directorate of Communication.

Registration is done digitally, through the institutional website from June 18 to June 27 at 1:30 p.m.

The position is vacant due to the retirement of the current Communication delegate, Elena Ruiz. It is exercised within the Third District of Bariloche with hierarchical and functional dependence on the General Directorate of Judicial Communication, remuneration class 340 of the “C” scale.

Among the requirements, an officially recognized university degree of at least four years is required, accrediting a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communication, a related career or a university degree in legal training with five years of experience in journalism and/or institutional communication..

Experience or training in institutional communication and/or judicial journalism and use of digital and electronic tools is also required.

To access the position, suitability must be justified through a competitive examination, exam and curricular background. The evaluation system will include three instances: The first through the evaluation of titles and background, which includes training

academic (up to 20 points) and professional experience (up to 15 points).

The second through a competitive exam (up to 15 points) and the third through a technical interview (up to 17 points). The designation of the eventual candidate for the position will be made by the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) after a personal interview with the applicants (up to 30 points).

The STJ will designate the applicant who exceeds a total of 70 points in the order of merit and takes first place. Applicants who do not accumulate a minimum of 49 points in the evaluation of qualifications, background and opposition will not be admitted to the interview stage with the STJ.
