Tunja, June 14, 2024. (UACP). Recognizing the right of citizens to participate, supervise and exercise control over processes such as the collective construction of the Departmental Development Plan 2024 – 2027 ‘Our great plan is Boyacá’, the Planning Secretariat prepared a complete report on the determining moments to consolidate this Roadmap.

The document, guided by Law 1757 of 2015, which dictates provisions regarding the promotion of democratic participation, contains five chapters that include the structure of the plan, the results of the meetings in Boyacá Grande, the concept issued by the Departmental Council of Planning, the recommendations of the Regional Autonomous Corporations, the procedure before the Departmental Assembly and finally the sanction of the plan.

According to Giovanna Lobatón Piñeros, director of Territorial Monitoring and Planning, the report seeks to show citizens the review of the connection report and the territorial diagnosis, the process of formulating the development plan and its components.
The 150-day report will be the basis of an upcoming accountability day that will renew the commitment of the administration led by Carlos Amaya to transparency and governance.

There, the strategic decisions taken in response to the challenges of territorial development identified by 12,461 Boyacenses will also be shared.
“We will carry out the accountability of the 150 days of Government in accordance with the guidelines of the Public Service,” assured the director.
