In the La Nevada neighborhood of Valledupar, authorities of the Valledupar Metropolitan Police captured a young man identified as Juan Sebastián Builes by court order. crimes of aggravated homicide, manufacture, trafficking and possession of firearms.
The arrest occurred in the last few hours when the uniformed officers were carrying out prevention and control patrols, approaching Builes, who upon consulting his background revealed that was requested by the Municipal Criminal Court with Guarantee Control Functions for the aforementioned crimes.
This man was placed at the disposal of the Attorney General’s Office, being transferred to Uri facilities and later, on the afternoon of this Wednesday, June 5, hearings were held to legalize his capture and bring charges for the aforementioned crimes, which he did not accept.
This young man is accused by the 8th Sectional Prosecutor’s Office for the homicide of a hairdresser in the Mareigua invasion neighborhood of Valledupar, in events recorded on March 10, 2023, where He lost his life from 4 gunshot wounds, Andrés Felipe Cujia Ballesteros, 24 years old. The wounds that the deceased received were on the left cheek, left chest, left axillary region and back.
