The Investigative Police (PDI) arrested a subject who was accused of the theft of a vehicle in Soledad de Graciano Sánchez, reported the Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP).
According to the investigation file, Luis “N” along with another person would have robbed the victim of her car on March 30 of this year, after they threatened her with firearms on Melchor Ocampo Street near the exit to the mentioned municipal head.
The FGESLP Vehicle Theft Unit ensured that the accused was required by a control judge through an arrest warrant.
The judicial order was executed by the PDI in the La Pila delegation, after they detained the accused, who was taken to the corporation’s offices for their respective medical certification.
Subsequently, this person was kept in the penitentiary center of the city of San Luis Potosí, where he will be while his legal situation is resolved by the corresponding authority.
