The Caravans leave from three points: Neiva, La Plata and Pitalito. They all arrive at the main park of Gigante, where a cultural event of music and dance will await the visitors and, later, a tour will take place observing the muralism of this urban area.

“In the municipality of Gigante we managed to coordinate with different tour operators and from there we generated three specific routes that allowed us to offer tourists from the department and other parts of the country three experiences,” explained the Secretary of Economic Development and Tourism of Huila, Ricardo Vera Torres.

This is the first caravan, which begins in the municipality of Gigante, but the projection is to continue with this initiative touring the entire department, the next destination will be the south of our department, energizing the economy and promoting tourism in Huila.
