Due to the proximity to the June 17 holiday, the date on which the passage to immortality of General Martín Miguel de Güemes is commemorated, all agencies dependent on the Ministry of Public Health planned their services in order to ensure coverage for the population in all operational areas of the province.
Hospitals in the capital and in the interior will operate with their usual Emergency service, with guards. Outpatient care will resume on Tuesday the 18th.
However, hospitals will maintain on-call services; the population is recommended to attend First Level Care centers in situations that require low and medium complexity.
Regional Hemotherapy Center
This organization will remain closed. It will resume its attention to the public on Tuesday the 18th, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Prehospital emergency
The Medical Care System for Emergencies and Catastrophes (SAMEC) will maintain the usual pre-hospital care service, affecting its mobile phones and on-call personnel. This service is required through the 911 Emergency telephone line.
IPS
The Provincial Health Institute of Salta (IPS) reported that its offices, in the capital and interior, will remain closed on Monday the 17th. With the exception of the pharmacy, located at 944 Belgrano Avenue, which will only serve emergencies, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. .
There will also be an online medical audit, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
