Due to the proximity to the June 17 holiday, the date on which the passage to immortality of General Martín Miguel de Güemes is commemorated, all agencies dependent on the Ministry of Public Health planned their services in order to ensure coverage for the population in all operational areas of the province.

Prehospital emergency

The Medical Care System for Emergencies and Catastrophes (SAMEC) will maintain the usual pre-hospital care service, affecting its mobile phones and on-call personnel. This service is required through the 911 Emergency telephone line.

IPS

The Provincial Health Institute of Salta (IPS) reported that its offices, in the capital and interior, will remain closed on Monday the 17th. With the exception of the pharmacy, located at 944 Belgrano Avenue, which will only serve emergencies, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. .

There will also be an online medical audit, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
