The contest took place more than a week ago in Buenos Aires and it was an extraordinary experience for the young man from Salta who achieved another podium. “I’m just falling, for me it was a surprise,” he admitted, even though it was something he was looking for and desired.

“I had been competing for a while, I was looking for another podium, the opportunity arose now, I think it is a reward for effort and work,” said Félix, who physically lost his father last April. However, he said that he did not give up, knowing that he always supported him gave him more strength to move forward.

“My dad called me ‘crazy’ because I went from one place to another, I am someone who likes cooking, I like to travel, learn, always train myself,” he said.

Félix is the only one in the family with the gift of cooking. At the age of 19, his daughter was born and he began to venture into the field, first as a dishwasher, then on the grill, he learned to make minutes and thus he went through all the tasks of the art of gastronomy. “I am a true gastronomic because I started from the bottom and learned to do everything,” said the world champion of Pizza Mozzarella in Argentina.

The man from Salta, who had previously managed to finish among the top 10, had the unconditional support of his family and friends. In the contest, his colleagues Yoel and Rubén were fundamental in teamwork and setting up the logistics. There were also colleagues from Buenos Aires who always called him and encouraged him. Even his boss traveled to be able to accompany him to the contest.

The recognition obtained is not only a reward for their ability, but also a validation of their effort and dedication. Félix is clear about his desire to continue growing in the field of gastronomy. “I would love to participate in a tournament in Italy, which are the fairly big championships,” he confessed. This new goal in his career promises to take his talent even further and continue raising the name of Argentina and Salta.
