WOW: this was the most popular event for women entrepreneurs in Mendoza

With the participation of hundreds of entrepreneurs and leaders from the province, the WOW Active Women, organized by the Masses Kolton agency. Two days full of talks for entrepreneurs, gifts, games and raffles. Last Friday, June 7 and Saturday, June 8, the WOW Active Womenan event dedicated to promoting ventures led by women and offering an extensive schedule of informative talks to encourage the use of technology in business.

MDZ was a sponsor and we are proud to have participated in such a meeting and promote initiatives that give tools to women entrepreneurs. This event brought together a large number of entrepreneurial women and leaders from the province of Mendoza, creating a space for inspiration and learning.

During the meeting, various leading women shared their life experiences and provided practical tools to the attendees. In addition to the talks, multiple additional activities were carried out, including gifts, raffles, prizes, tastings and live shows by Clara Ceschín and Jazzboar Trío.

The event was led by Ignacio Esteller, who guided the two days with enthusiasm, ensuring that each moment was memorable and enriching for all those present.

First working day

Attendees who arrived on time for the event were greeted with an exceptional dining experience before diving into the scheduled talks. Various food trucks stood out for offering a wide variety of options, from exquisite coffees to culinary delights to satisfy all palates.

The first talk of the event began at 4 p.m., with Cecilia Membrado (founder of Renová tu Vestidor) in charge of opening the conference cycle. Her participation, titled “Digitalize your entrepreneurship,” captured the attention of attendees from the first moment, providing key strategies to integrate technology into business and maximize its potential in the digital market.

At 5 p.m., the event continued with an outstanding talk titled “How to finance your project?” by Florencia Cicutti, Product Owner Leasing and Apparel, and María Virginia Dedominici, Leasing & Vendors Manager of Banco Supervielle. During their presentation, both experts shared key strategies and tools for obtaining financing, providing the entrepreneurs present with valuable information on how to access financial resources to promote their projects.

Different companies contributed to enriching the event experience, rewarding the participation and enthusiasm of the entrepreneurs present.

Arriving at 6 p.m., Piqui Méndez, Health Coach, gave her talk “Boost your well-being with healthy habits.” With his focus on the importance of incorporating healthy practices into daily life, Piqui shared strategies and motivational practices to improve the comprehensive well-being of the entrepreneurs present. His intervention was a highlight of the event, providing attendees with essential tools to enhance their health and personal balance.

Closing the day of talks, the Canva team offered a special presentation titled “Canva from scratch for entrepreneurs.” Led by Chachi Flores, Cecilia Feiner and Maru Cabezas, this space provided attendees with practical knowledge about the use of Canva to enhance their ventures. In addition, the speakers provided personalized mentoring, providing additional tools for entrepreneurs to maximize the use of this platform in their businesses.

During the event, the exhibitors were treated with special attention and distinction in the VIP sector of MDZ. In this privileged space, they were entertained by prominent brands such as Virgen del Valle and Susana Balbo Wines.

With a spectacular closing, Clara Ceschín added a touch of excellence to the day with her brilliant performance. Presenting songs from her new album and some covers, she managed to make everyone present dance, culminating the event with a festive and energetic atmosphere.

Second day

On Saturday, June 8, the doors of Espacio Arizu opened at 11 in the morning to begin a day full of learning, inspiration and fun. From early on, hundreds of entrepreneurial women gathered to participate in this one-of-a-kind event.

At 11 a.m., the stage was illuminated with the presence of a prominent Mendoza wine tourism influencer, who shared her valuable experience in the talk “Business growth through social networks.” Flor de Bodegas captivated the audience with her inspiring story, from the beginning of her project to its current success. Her motivational talk resonated with those present, leaving a message of empowerment and perseverance.

Shortly after, at 12 noon, the room was filled with expectation to witness the talk “Positioning in the world with our architecture”, given by Eliana Bormida and Luisa Yanzon. As references in the field of architecture, Eliana and her daughter Luisa wisely shared their experience and knowledge. With words full of wisdom, Eliana transmitted her career, while Luisa complemented her with her fresh and updated vision. The audience was immersed in a journey of learning and reflection on the role of women in the world of architecture.

At 1 p.m., the stage was illuminated by the presence of Alejandra Navarria, who captivated the audience with her talk titled “Reinvent yourself: Make your hobby your job.” Alejandra, creator of the successful project “Yoga along the Wine Roads,” shared her inspiring story and provided practical advice on how to turn a passion into a source of livelihood.

Then it was the turn of Eduardo Solodki, who shared valuable insights on how image can influence the success of a business, from professional portraiture, product photography to brand projection on social networks and digital media.

Finally, at 5 p.m., Ana Lovaglio, Marketing Manager at Susana Balbo, addressed the topic of business expansion in second generations, offering inspiring perspectives for those entrepreneurs who seek growth and continuity in their companies.

At 6 p.m., Denise Pellizzari, CEO of Nómade Club, shared with those present a unique perspective on how physical well-being can boost efficiency and creativity in the workplace.

Completing the cycle of talks on the second day, at 7 p.m., the talk “Women in Innovation: Technology and Inclusion” was held, by Florencia Sosa. In this inspiring meeting, Florencia shared her vision on the fundamental role of women in the world of technology and how inclusion can drive innovation in all sectors.

Prominent brands came together to offer generous gifts that were raffled among the participants. The highlight of the event came at the end of the day, at 8 p.m., with the stellar performance of the Jazz Board Trio. The stage came to life with the vibrant music of this talented group, providing a memorable close to WOW Mujeres Activas.
