The SMN anticipates a weekend with polar cold

After a Tuesday marked by cold weather and some scattered rain in Entre Ríos, the north-northeast wind will bring a brief relief from today, making temperatures more moderate. According to the National Meteorological Service (SMN), a sunny day is expected with a maximum of 15 degrees in the province.

Thursday will be the warmest day of the week, with temperatures that could reach 19 degrees in the afternoon.

Towards the end of the week, an intensified low pressure system in Atlantic waters, after passing through Patagonia, will push polar air towards central and northern Argentina. This will result in a cold front that will begin to affect the central area of the country on Friday, causing an abrupt change with southerly winds and a notable thermal drop.
