Shops will remain closed, waste collection will be reduced and buses will run frequently on Sundays.

The week began with the holiday for the Passage to Immortality of General Martín Miguel de Güemes, which will largely affect private and state activity, both in the capital and in the rest of the province. In the specific case of the capital of Tucumán, care in healthcare centers, waste collection and bus circulation will be altered, in addition to commercial activity in the downtown area.

Without classes at any educational level, state workers will not be active today, except for those considered essential, such as police and health personnel. In the case of hospitals, there will be no care in offices, although the guards will remain active.

Among the public services that depend on the province and the municipality, it was reported that urban and interurban buses will operate with Sunday schedules, that is, with few units making the routes, which will end minutes before 10 p.m.

Regarding waste collection, the Municipality detailed that the service will be provided within the four avenues, so they asked residents to avoid taking out the garbage if it is not necessary.

Meanwhile, after the Father’s Day celebrations, businesses will not open their doors today, at least in the capital, where supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants and cinemas will operate normally. In the case of Yerba Buena, shopping centers will operate with their usual hours.
