The blue dollar reached a new record: how much it closed at this Tuesday

The blue dollar continued its rise in the first of the two days this week and set a new nominal record: $1,305 for sale.

The parallel currency increased 25 pesos this Tuesday in the city of Buenos Aires and accumulates 60 pesos in the last two days. Despite the good news received last week regarding the agreement with the IMF, inflation at 4.2%, the approval of the basic law and a new financial surplus, the currency found itself in demand.

With an adjustment of the wholesale dollar of 1.5 pesos to end this Tuesday at $905, the exchange gap is located at 44.2%. The blue price is once again by far the most expensive on the market.

Meanwhile, financial dollars traded quite stable and ended the day slightly lower. Between the Argentine holidays and tomorrow’s holiday in North America, the week will have very few movements.

The MEP dollar fell $3.71 (-0.3%) to rank as the cheapest of the free currencies at $1,240.93. Meanwhile, cash with settlement barely moved $0.90 downward to remain at $1,266.49.

The value of the bill in Banco Nación is $924 and in the average of the banks it is $943.66.
