The Superior Court of Magdalena ruled today that “There is no room for the cause of inept demand to prosper” presented against the election of the Mayor of Ciénaga, Luis Alberto Fernández Quinto of course “failure to comply with legal requirements”.
The Court responds to an appeal for reconsideration in support of appeal filed by the legal representative of Fernández Quinto against the order of May 3, 2024, by which the previous exception of inept claim was declared not proven.
Néstor Guillermo Muñoz Caballero, dapplicant, requests in the initial complaint that the nullity of the administrative act by which he declared himself elected as mayor of the municipality of Ciénaga – Magdalena, for the constitutional period 2024-2027, be declared.
