Three subjects were arrested after crashing aboard a car with an arrest warrant this Friday afternoon. The incident occurred on Alem and Lateral Oeste streets of the North Access, in the department of Las Heras
According to the Ministry of Security’s account, the incident occurred when Mendoza Police personnel observed a vehicle that collided with a traffic light and, immediately afterwards, its occupants tried to flee. After a quick intervention, the officers managed to intercept the individuals in full flight.
During the data cross-check, when verifying the ownership of the vehicle, it was found that the patent Chevrolet Corsa (GCA 527) had a pending measure for an act of aggravated theft. For this reason, its occupants, two men aged 35 and 31 and a woman aged 29, were taken to a police station and detained.
Sources also indicated that the security cameras of the license plate reader system captured the vehicle passing through the LH-77 dome located at the intersection of Márquez and Independencia streets at 3:42 p.m., which contributed to the identification and subsequent apprehension. of the suspects when they collided at 4:00 p.m.
