On behalf of Canada, the director of Air Negotiations in Foreign Affairs, Shendra Melia, was present; the Minister for Transport, Stephen Worth; the representative of the Canadian Transportation Agency, Nathan Charest; of Global Affairs, Pamela Denchev; and the Canadian Ambassador to Argentina, Reid Sirrs.
