International brotherhood grows, UAEH signs agreement with Taiwan

PACHUCA DE SOTO, Hgo. – Through the signing of the collaboration agreement, the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo (UAEH) and the Tamkang University (TKU) of Taiwan are twinned, with the purpose of establishing the general and specific bases that allow the exchange of students and teachers, as well as the promotion of academic activities along with the dissemination of the culture of both nations.

Present at this signing were the rector of the UAEH, Octavio Castillo Acosta; Sofía Nimbe Valdespino Zubieta, coordinator of the Liaison and Internationalization Division; José Luis Sosa Martínez, director of International Relations and Academic Exchange, both of this University; Lucía Chen, vice-rector of International Affairs at TKU; as well as Armando Chen, Taiwanese ambassador to Mexico.

With this signature, the UAEH will establish important communication bridges that will allow it to pay for the training of internationally competitive professionals, who are prepared to face global challenges, but at the same time, so that the University continues on its path towards internationalization. , through the exchange of experiences and mutual support between higher education institutions from other countries.
