Welcome to Houston, Texas. The fourth largest city in the United States will play a major part of the CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™, hosting three matches during this year’s tournament. Mexico-Jamaica, on June 22 will be the presentation of this stadium.
NRG Stadium was built in 2002 to be the home of the NFL’s Houston Texans. Since then it has also hosted prestigious events such as the Super Bowl (2004), the National College Football Playoff Championship (2024) and numerous matches of the National Teams of the United States and Mexico. NRG Stadium will also host seven matches during the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States.
