From April 29 to May 12 at the SUM of Bahía Blanca Plaza Shopping.

We live immersed in the landscape, establishing emotional and perceptual relationships with our environment. We circulate through spaces that were once new and, perhaps now, are simply a habit.

What do artists see when they look at the landscape? Starting point for the works of Leticia Jencquel, Silvia Arroquy, Patricia Robatto and Patricia Mariezcurrena. Four women artists who work from the places they inhabit and shape them, refracting like a prism what they capture from the spheres they know. Where his perception, which we find in the composition, the choice of palette and supports, achieve a particular climate in each work.

The urban and color in the cities of Silvia Arroquy. A pause in front of the Ventania mountain range, by Leticia Jenquel. The seas of Patricia Mariezcurrena pose between the sky and the earth, in large canvases without embossing. And the same sea – or perhaps another – is represented from the shore in the views of Monte Hermoso in the works of Patricia Robatto.

Plastic psychogeographies of a drift of memories, pictorial witnesses of coordinates and displacements. Common, own and imaginary places that generate the image and leave a mark.
