For Coto, the last eight years were lost in the history of Turrialba and he hopes that the new local authorities will help stop this deterioration.

“My idea is to gradually move the high-risk areas towards a neighborhood territory that is safe. It is a beautiful and bold idea, which involves planning a new Turrialba, a model city for the country and the region, with solar energy, without overhead cables, with large pedestrian spaces, a high-tech free zone, a very spacious green area. in the center of the city, vertical housing, an administrative area,” he commented.
