Reindeer Baby was positioned as one of the most viewed series this year. The Netflix production presents the true story that its creator, Richard Gadd, went through after meeting a woman with whom he had a particular bond for years. Throughout the only season it tells the story of a woman who harasses a man to whom she sent more than 40 thousand emails, among other things.

After the tremendous success of the series, a journalist from the British newspaper Daily Mail managed to communicate with the woman who inspired this story. She gave him a series of statements and asked to remain anonymous.

In that interview, she expressed: “I received death threats from Richard Gadd fans.” The woman is currently 58 years old and lives alone in an apartment in London, England.

“Now he is using it to stalk me. He bullies an older woman on TV to gain fame and fortune. “I am the victim and he wrote a damn show about me,” she said on that occasion about the creator of the series.

As expected, these words resonated around the world and the journalist who contacted her claims that the woman is harassing him. According to her word, she received 19 calls and 18 voice messages and several emails.

“I will call the police if you ever come near me. I’m going to sue you, that newspaper and the idiot who wrote the article with you. I hope that’s clear even to an idiot like you. I will demand that the newspaper fire you. “I don’t like you and I never liked you,” says one of the messages he sent her.
