Media in the United States reported on the death of the actor Bill Cobbs, at 90 years old. She gained international fame for having been in films such as The bodyguard and A night at the museum.
The news was spread by media such as TMZ, People magazine and The Hollywood Reporter.
The death was also confirmed by the actor’s publicist, Chuck I. Jones, to the first of the three means.
The death occurred last Tuesday night at the actor’s home, in the Riverside area (California).
Bill Cobbs was born on June 16, 1934 in Cleveland, Ohio, Cobbs beginning his acting career in the 1970s. He achieved a total of 50 years of experience.
Cobbs appeared in more than 200 productions, standing out in films such as “Demolition Man”, “The Bodyguard” and “Night at the Museum”.
On television he had recurring roles in popular series such as The Sopranos, “The Michael Richards Show,” “Go On” and “Greenleaf.”
According to Variety, Cobbs won a Daytime Emmy Award for his outstanding performance for the series “Dino Dana” during 2020.
