The troops of Command Against Drug Trafficking and Transnational Threats (CONAT) They carried out an operation in a rural area of ​​the municipality of Santacruz de Guachavés, department of Nariño.

The complex was made up of six artisanal structures and they were found more than two tons of the narcotic and more than 300 kilograms of cocaine base, abundant liquid and solid inputs along with machinery and equipment.

Colonel Eduar Mauricio Delgadocommander of the Anti-Drug Trafficking Brigade No. 1 of the National Army, reported that the economic impact on that guerrilla amounts to more than 11,000 million pesos.

“In this way, the National Army ratifies its commitment to continue working in a joint and coordinated manner to guarantee the security of the civilian population, combating the scourge of drug trafficking that has affected our country so much”, he concluded.
