With judicial authorization, this Friday morning, the Provincial Government demolished two other drug sales stands in the city of Rosario, within the framework of the Microtrafficking Law.

In one of the operations, led by the provincial Minister of Justice and Security, Pablo Cococcioni, it took place on Anchorena Street at 1500 in the Tablada neighborhood, where the first drug sales space that was planned to be demolished was installed. The tasks were linked to a judicial resolution issued this week, which authorized the demolition of seven properties in total related to the gang investigated for the murders of four workers last March.

Accompanied at the scene by prosecutors Patricio Saldutti, Franco Carbone and Adrián Spelta, Minister Cococcioni reported that “a round of coercive inactivations of drug sales points began. There will be a total of seven places, some of them contiguous and others in some nearby points, all belonging to or linked to the illicit activity of a group of people, linked not only to drug trafficking, but to some of the homicides. of high social connotation that took place almost two months ago.”

Likewise, Cococcioni stated that “the court orders for demolition and inactivation were obtained and with the supervision of the prosecutors who came to complete the measure in person, and we will proceed to physically inactivate mostly through demolition” and added that “the seven bunkers would be linked to the gang in which the criminal known as Chucky Monedita participates or leads the group.”

Unpublished regulations in the province

For his part, prosecutor Saldutti highlighted that “this particular place, in relation to the events that were aired at the hearing last week, was a place where the different members of the group that committed several of the events met and in particular was where they were gathered before going to commit the act of the first murdered taxi driver, on March 5″ and highlighted that “for all reasons the perpetrators and the group of instigators are detained and particularly in this place raids were carried out where they were some of these people learned.”

Finally, prosecutor Carbone assured that “neighbors celebrate these types of measures, in addition to the real impact it has on the neighborhood for people who suffer from the presence of drug traffickers. What is new is the demolition of the facility due to this unprecedented regulation in the province. Now we are accompanied by these regulations and by the provincial Executive Branch that expedites these issues to be able to somehow solve the lives of the people who live here.”
