The Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP) arrested Secundino “N”, who is accused of the crime of specific aggravated rape, in an event that occurred in the municipality of Matehuala.
To achieve this, the Investigative Police (PDI) implemented surveillance devices in different areas of the Altiplano region. Once the location of the suspect was determined, he was apprehended in a neighborhood of the aforementioned municipality.
The above, because the subject had perpetrated sexual assaults against a minor whose identity was withheld. For this reason, a tax agent from the Second Delegation joined the investigation folder.
As a result of the evidence collected, a Control Judge issued the order with which the PDI brought Secundino “N” before the judicial authority.
Consequently, the accused was detained in the Penitentiary Center of the Capital of Potosí, awaiting the initial hearing, during which the FGESLP litigators will formulate the accusation and seek connection to the process.
