Taste Atlas once again gave a big nod to Chilean cuisine, this time by recognizing the Corn cake like the best dish with olives in the world.

The traditional corn-based cake was above preparations from Greece, France and India.

“It consists of ground beef, chicken, black olives, onions, hard-boiled eggs and a dough made of fresh ground corn called choclo,” the site indicates.
