Through Resolution No. 7 of the Minister of Labor and Social Security published in the Official Gazette of the Republic in its ordinary edition number 45, it was decided to apply the additional payment to the teaching staff of the Physical Education Teacher Training schools. due to the impact of certain factors on their work and, correspondingly, annul the additional monthly payment established in Resolution 35, of November 25, 2020, for these personnel.
The Resolution also approves the additional monthly payment for years of services provided to workers in the service categories and operators who perform vital functions in the care of patients in Health institutions, and recognizes the time worked abroad for the spouse or family member. Accompanying workers designated to fulfill a permanent mission for a certain period of time, who come from the Education and Health sectors, and upon their return they rejoin these, for the purposes of additional payment for years of services provided.
Likewise, the payment effects established in resolutions 21, 22 and 23 approved at the beginning of the year are recognized, at which time the salary measures that encourage the permanence of workers in the Education and Health sectors were signed, and recognize the conditions in which they carry out their work.
It then incorporates the increase to one thousand pesos per month the amount of additional payment for the impact on their work of certain factors, to the teaching workers of the Physical Education Teacher Training schools.
In the case of workers in the occupational categories of operators and services that perform vital functions in the care of patients in Health institutions, who hold the positions of Hearing Prosthesis Mechanic, Hearing Aid Mechanic, Orthopedic Footwear Operator, Measurement and Orthoprosthesis, Comprehensive Paramedic, Life-Saving Paramedic, and Eviscerator and Conservation of Corpses (Tanatologists) in the services of pathological anatomy and forensic medicine, the following was regulated:
