The first information indicates that the woman was on a platform when men arrived and shot her. She was taken by the same community to a healthcare center, but she died minutes later.

The preliminary report describes that “The woman was hit with a firearm in the parietal region, she was transferred to the San Juan de Dios hospital, where she later died.”

It was also known that, apparently, he would be related to the marketing of narcotics and had a prior record.

“He was dedicated, according to testimonies, to the marketing of narcotic substances in small quantities, in the Bellavista sector. Likewise, it was established that the woman had already been captured in flagrante delicto on May 23 of this year for the crime of trafficking, manufacturing or carrying firearms,” ​​the report highlights.

This woman has approximately six records for the same crime, mentioned above, in 2011, 2012, 2020, 2021 and 2024. In addition, she is accused of theft on several occasions, from 2012 to 2015.

According to what a police source told EL TIEMPO, the woman was allegedly part of the criminal gang ‘Los Flacos’, in Cartago.

​A few hours ago, a hitman attack also occurred in this same municipality that left three people dead and one more injured, where apparently it was also a settling of accounts due to ‘drop by drop’ or dispute between the criminal organizations of ‘Los Flacos’ and the ‘New Generation’.
