It will be this Tuesday, June 11 and Wednesday, June 12 at exactly 5:30 p.m. when the celebration of the second anniversary of the “Motivos” program will take place, which will take place at the Cultural Diffusion Center of the Potosino Institute of Fine Artswith sessions aimed at older adults and companionsthus promoting intergenerational coexistence.
Motivos seeks to encourage creative development of older adults through recreational, recreational and community activities; as well as promoting healthier aging and promoting social relationships.
Each session is carried out addressing a different topic; for example: “The sounds of my community”, “The flavors of my community”, “In a gathering”, “Let’s celebrate our anniversary”, among others.

In each one, the dynamic consists of making Guided tours of current exhibits at the CDC and complement these visits with some artistic activity; Open microphone dialogue spaces are also worked on.
The Motivos program has become a safe space where those who participate They propose, recite, read texts of their authorship, live together, create networks, and beyond sharing a space, new life experiences are created., is managed from the Educational Experiences area of the IPBA Cultural Diffusion Center and so far 24 months of activities have been carried out, with the collaboration of different guests from different areas: Music, Dance, Visual Arts, among others; as well as groups of varied older adults, achieving and strengthening a community among them.
